How do I connect a cloud provider?
Open the app → Providers tab → tap "Add Provider" → select your provider and follow the sign-in flow. You'll be redirected to the provider's login page. We never see your password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CloudShelve → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → CloudShelve → Cancel.
Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
What is the monthly transfer quota?
Transfer quota counts data moved between cloud providers through CloudShelve (copy, move, sync, backup jobs). It does not count browsing, searching, or viewing files. Free: 5 GB, Pro: 80 GB, Business: 1 TB. Resets on the 1st of each month.
Is my data safe? Do you store my files?
We do not store your files. Files are transferred directly between your cloud providers. We store only your account details and OAuth tokens (encrypted with AES-256) needed to connect to your providers.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open the app → Profile → Plans & Usage → tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen.
How do I disconnect a cloud provider?
Providers tab → tap the provider → tap "Disconnect". This removes the connection from CloudShelve and revokes our access token. You can also revoke access directly from the provider's security settings.
