Delete Your Account
You can delete your CloudShelve account at any time. This page explains how and what happens to your data.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — including connected providers, scan history, job schedules, and account details — will be permanently deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your CloudShelve account and login credentials
- All connected cloud provider connections (OAuth tokens revoked)
- Scan history and duplicate scan results
- Scheduled job configurations
- Subscription records (your subscription will be cancelled)
- All personal data we hold about you
What is NOT deleted
- Your actual files on Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Box, or MEGA — we only delete our connection to them. Your files remain on those services.
- Billing history managed by Apple App Store or Google Play — contact Apple/Google directly for that.
